The following is a brief introduction to the operating procedures of hydraulic pendulum plate shears:

1. The hydraulic pendulum shear shall be used and kept by a specially assigned person. The operator must be familiar with the structure and performance of the machine tool.

2. It is strictly prohibited to use the hydraulic pendulum shear under overload. Do not shear quenched steel and hard steel, high-speed steel, alloy steel, castings and non-metallic materials.

3. The blade edge shall be kept sharp. If the blade edge is blunt or damaged, it shall be polished or replaced in time.

4. In case of multi person operation, there shall be a specially assigned person for command and coordination.

5. It is forbidden to shear two materials of different specifications at the same time and overlap on the hydraulic pendulum shear.

6. It is forbidden to put your hand under the pressing plate when cutting and feeding. When cutting short materials, it shall be pressed with another iron plate. When cutting materials, the fingers shall be at least 200mm away from the knife edge.

7. After the line is aligned with the prying handle, the prying handle shall be pulled out immediately before cutting. If the iron plate moves, it shall be firmly plugged with a wooden pillow to avoid injury caused by the pop-up of the prying handle after the presser foot comes down.

8. The sheared workpieces must be placed stably, and shall not be stacked too high. They are not allowed to be stacked on the aisle. The leftover materials and wastes at the corners shall be cleaned in time to keep the site clean and tidy.
