● the punching pressure of the mechanical punch is from small to large, and it is impossible to have enough punching pressure at any position of the full stroke. The hydraulic punch completely overcomes this shortcoming and can achieve constant dynamic force.

● safety valve and pressure reducing valve elements are used in the hydraulic system, which can provide instantaneous pressure reduction and shutdown protection in case of overload of stamping, avoid damage of machine tool and mould, and the machine can be recovered easily and quickly.
The slide block of the hydraulic punch adopts the rectangular hexahedron lengthening guide rail, equipped with bronze lining plate, with high guiding accuracy.
There is no flywheel and crank in the hydraulic press, so the vibration is small and the noise is low, which greatly improves the working environment of the employees
The whole machine adopts the frame structure of the standard closed punch, the universal clamping handle stamping slider, and the standard workbench.
