How to adjust the blade clearance of the plate shearing machine? During production, it is inevitable to adjust the blade clearance of the plate shearing machine. Do not carry the hard cover. The following small series will share your experience:

1. Remove the blade and clean it one by one.

2. The blade can be used on four sides, and the selected side can be installed closely. Check the straightness of the blade in both horizontal and vertical directions.

3. The upper blade is fixed and cannot be adjusted. We adjust the blade clearance of the plate shear by adjusting the lower blade.

4. Find the left and right set screws of the lower blade to push the lower blade to reduce the gap, and there is a locked backup nut on it. Generally, loosen the left and right four bolts of the lower blade table at the inner side.

5. Manually turn the turning gear to lower the blade of the stainless steel plate shearing machine to the appropriate position, and the operator starts to adjust in the blanking area of the plate shearing machine.

6. Use a feeler gauge to roughly adjust it to 0.5mm from the part where the upper and lower blades of the left hand are not engaged, and fine adjust it until three wires of the feeler gauge  can't. fit in and five wires.

7. Manually turn the turning gear to move the blade up to the position where the upper and lower knives on the right side are not disengaged, and roughly adjust the middle position to 0.5mm.
