The working principle of the plate shearing machine is that the upper blade is fixed on the tool holder, the lower blade is fixed on the lower bed surface, and a supporting ball is installed on the bed surface to facilitate the feeding and movement of the plate. The rear material retaining plate is used for the positioning of the plate, and the position is adjusted by the adjusting pin. The hydraulic pressing cylinder is used to press the sheet to prevent the sheet from turning over during shearing. The shed board is a safety device to prevent industrial accidents.

1、 Adjust the back baffle: hold the template flat and align with the lower knife edge, then close the back baffle to the template and fix it, remove the template, and then install the plate for cutting.

2、 Adjust the front baffle: close the rear baffle to the lower knife edge, then close the template to the rear baffle, and close the front baffle to the template and fix it. Loosen the rear baffle, remove the template, install the sheet metal and cut it.

3、 Adjust the angle baffle: first place the template on the table, align the lower knife edge, adjust the angle baffle and fix it, and then adjust the rear baffle according to the template. During the shearing process, use the angle baffle and rear baffle to position.
